journey to the 'Sipp. day 3.posted on Nov 21 '07

so far so good.
erin showed me this neato little bookstore in downtown Vicksburg, and i finally bought my very own copy of Stitch 'n Bitch. just before that i went to the coffee shop next door and confused the barista b/c i wanted soy and an extra shot in my iced vanilla latte. (yesterday i almost made a starbucks barista cry. i'm on a roll.)

yesterday i had some amazing sushi (so great, so so great) and then i watched some friends play guitar hero. it's my turn next.

something really awesome was that there was a thunderstorm today...big huge thunder claps and bolts of lightning that were miles and miles high. miles and miles.

my hair hates humidity. always has.

dude, i have been cleaning my old room out and have found some really great things! i found my old sewing kit and all my psych books from college, and and and tons of material and paint and slides and negatives and photographs and silkscreens and and and and and...yeah. stuff rules. i do love some clutter.

at the mall i saw a santa playing golf. how odd, i thought.

more tomorrow. turkey, dressing, all the fixins, and my brother gets into town in the evening.

p.s. i guess b/c it was so cold when i left Seattle, i packed 4 jackets, a bunch of undershirts, jeans, and long-sleeved shirts! whattheheck was i thinking?!?! so i had to go shopping for warm weather clothes for this week. and what did i end up buying? a slammin' red peacoat. woo to the hoo.
